For shipped packages, your Memory Box arrives 3 to 4 days before your event with everything inside and ready to go. For Super 8 packages, one of our trained team members shows up on your event day with the camera loaded and ready. Either way, you won't have to stress about a thing.
04. Hand it to your people (or let us handle it).
05. Send it back.
After your event, pack everything back into the box it came in and drop it at any UPS location within 72 hours. The prepaid return label is already inside waiting for you.
06. We develop and edit.
Once everything lands back with us, our team gets to work. We develop the film, digitize the footage, and cut everything into a highlight film or gallery set to your music. The whole process takes about 3 to 9 weeks from your event date.
07. Relive it.
Browse our packages and find the one that feels right for your event. Not sure where to start? Our package page breaks everything down. When you're ready, book your date and we'll take it from there.
Once you're booked, we'll reach out to confirm your details and send a short questionnaire. We want to know your timeline, your must-have moments, and a few songs you love. That's what makes the final edit feel like yours and not just anyone's wedding video.
For shipped packages, give the cameras to whoever you trust most and let them do their thing. No experience needed. Everything ships ready to use with step-by-step instructions and a suggested shot list inside. For Super 8, our team handles all the filming from start to finish.
Your finished film and photos are delivered to a private online gallery. Full resolution, fully downloadable, print rights included. Watch it on your anniversary, on a random Tuesday, or the second it hits your inbox.
Nope. Every shipped package includes step-by-step instructions and a suggested shot list. The cameras are designed to be handed to anyone. If they can point and press a button, they can do this.
Do I need any experience to use the cameras?
Every box ships with insurance so you're covered. If something gets damaged on the way back to us, reach out right away and we'll work with you to recover as much footage as possible. Accidents happen and we get it.
What if something gets damaged or lost in shipping?
For Super 8 packages, as early as possible. We have a limited number of dates available each month and they go fast, especially during peak wedding season. For shipped packages, we recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before your event to make sure your box arrives in plenty of time.
How far in advance should I book?

Yes! Disposable cameras can be added onto any package. We'll include them in your shipment, you hand them out to your guests, and we develop and scan every roll and add the images to your gallery.
Can I add disposable cameras to my package?
Everything gets delivered to a private online gallery link. Depending on your package you'll receive an edited highlight film, a photo gallery, or both. All files are full resolution, fully downloadable, and yours to keep forever with full print rights included.
